Shipping Information:

Your goods should be shipped within 2-3 days of your completed order and upon receiving cleared funds. Shipping costs are based upon the amount of your order and will be calculated during checkout.

Backorders:

Backorders are not accepted and we do our best to ensure that our inventory is as accurate as possible. If it is determined that any of the items you ordered are out of stock after checkout, we will let you know by either email or phone and give you the option of sending your order incomplete or canceling the entire order. If you decide to have your order shipped without the missing items, a refund will be issued for the items not shipped.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

We will do our very best to ensure a pleasant, trouble-free shopping experience by shipping the exact goods that you have ordered in a timely manner and in appropriate packaging to help guarantee that everything arrives free of damage.

If there are items missing, damaged, or not exactly as described; please let us know within 30 days by sending us an email to returns@scrappershop.com stating the items in question and the reason for dissatisfaction. Depending on the individual situation, we will either resend the items, issue a refund, or provide credit for future purchases.

Any items returned for reasons other than damage, must be in original packaging and in salable condition.
